Once the order is placed, we will send a proof of your custom bag for approval. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production once final artwork is approved. Embroidered bags are non-refundable.
Product defects are covered under our 3 year warranty. If a product is found to be defective within 3 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A product defect is defined as a problem resulting from poor workmanship. It is not a result of improper use, abuse or normal wear and tear.
If this product is discontinued within the 3-year warranty timeframe, the customer will have the option to receive a store credit worth the price the customer paid for the bag or choose to pay the difference for the newer replacement model.

I needed a bigger bag then the more common flight bags. This did the trick. I’m very happy with it.
I have been a flight attendant 17 years, and been through numerous totes and backpacks trying to find the perfect size that is user friendly and functional! I am sooooo impressed with this backpack. There are so many compartments, every single aspect of the bag is thoughtfully designed. It stands up, hides the straps if desired, has an area on the back to slip onto a roller bag handle. The material of the bag and the overall quality is just awesome! I am so happy I FINALLY found “the one”!!!!!!

Great Company with Great Products!
I’ve been able to test my bag for a few weeks now and I will say I love how professional this bag is but also its use of functionality. There’s plenty of room for everything I need to take with me, the material is strong and sturdy, and so far, I haven’t had any issues with the zippers but have been cognizant to not be too aggressive as well.
