The Tilt Pad can be used with any of our Kneeboard Folios™ and iPad Sport™ cases. The Tilt Pad can tilt up to 1 1/8 inches to provide a better viewing angle. Dimensions: 4" x 5" x 1.25". Made from High Quality ZoteFoam - EV50 encased in a non-slip fabric.
I think that the pad works fine, but is not as integrated with the kneeboard as MyGoFlight can. Its pad that you put between your knee and the kneeboard that gives your kneeboard a better angle for use. I think that it would be better if it can be locked or if the kneeboard has a way to attach it to it.

Hello Walter,
Thank you for your note. We designed the Tilt Pad to be layered onto the pressure surfaces. Meaning, bottom level is your lap/knee, the strap, the tilt pad and then the Sport case. This allows the tilt pad to be sandwiched in between the case, the strap and the knee. Please call us if you like, we are always here to help.
Thank you again.

This item was purchased with the pro leather iPad holder and clipboard. The product is well made, sturdy and performs as expected. It works really well between the rails but moves around a bit in other configurations. If it had a way to magnetically "lock" into place it would be perfect in my opinion
Comfortable, and just the right angle for the iPad Mini. Well worth the money.
Gives me the adjustability I needed to get my iPad to display portrait vs landscape while balancing my iPad on my leg in the tight cockpit of our Lear 31. I put a piece of two sided velcro on the leather cover of the tilt pad and, after a little experimentation, "stuck" it to the underside of my Ipad Sport Cover. Voila! Stays just where I want it!!
No idea how someone would rate something like this 1*. It's a wedge, low profile to limit obstructing the yoke plane, and adds a lot by reducing glare. Sits comfortably on the leg and doesn't slide around, and fits between the metal slots on the backside where the elastic strap connects to the kneeboard. Can you make one yourself? Yes, but probably not as well or fitted right. Save yourself the trouble and get it. You aren't going to find much cheaper in aviation than 12 bucks.
